The Live Local Act is a transformative piece of affordable housing legislation designed to address Florida’s growing affordable housing crisis. This presentation will focus on the land use administrative approval process and the key ad valorem property tax exemptions available under the Live Local Act. The presentation will also evaluate how the Live Local Act has been implemented across Florida.
