CCLGL Board Certification Review Course

REGISTER HERE for the 2024 City, County, and Local  Government Law Board Certification Review Course,* scheduled for the mornings of April 10–12, 2024. Course number 8249 is approved for 12.5 CLE credits, 1.5 of which may be applied toward Ethics; and 12.5 City, County, and Local Government certification credits. This review course will cover home rule & allocation or taxing powers; eminent domain; Florida Bar ethics; Florida sunshine law and public records; public sector liability; sovereign immunity; procurements; public finance; ethics under part III, Ch. 112, F.S., conflicts of interest, financial disclosures and land use, zoning, practice & procedure before local government legislative & quasi-judicial boards.
