Description
City, County and Local Government Law Certification Review Course 2021 (Course # 4346). Board certification review course for attorneys preparing to take the exam. The three morning virtual course will cover: Home Rule and allocation of taxing powers, public finance, Sunshine Law and Public Records, ethics (general), public sector employment liability, eminent domain, ethics (Part III, Chapter 112, F.S.), procurement, sovereign immunity, land use, zoning, and practice and procedures before local quasi-judicial and legislative government.
